He is survived by: his wife Billie Pat Kanna; his daughter Teresa C. Bell; his grandchildren, Samantha M. Barrett (Bradley Grogan), Serena Bell (Alex Baldridge) and JeffRhey Todd Bell (J. T.); his great grandchildren, Aiden Jackson and Jake Barrett; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Gilcrease (William Wiseman) and Tony Hayter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
