He is survived by: his son Robert McGowan of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his siblings, Tami Gattis of Mena, Arkansas and James McGowan of Spring, Texas; and his close friend Rickey Morse. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
