We are sad to announce that, on June 5, 2023, at the age of 92, Rita Smith (Mena, Arkansas), born in Gowanda, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Smith; her parents, Arthur Remington and Minnie Trautman; and her siblings, Earl Remington, Marian Remington, Minnie Remington-Wood, Nelson Remington, Claire Remington and Agnes Remington-Wanner.
She is survived by: her children, Linda, Victor Schell, Cynthia and Donald Buckles; and her grandchildren, Chuck, Michelle Schell, Christopher Schell, Victoria, Jason Ball, Kristin Benefield, Kevin and Joni Buckles. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren.
