She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Bentley and Nancy Loraine Bentley; her grandparents, Roy and Anna Pyeatt; and her sisters, Linda English King and Wanda English Eberle.

She is survived by: her husband Hal Terry; her children, Lisa Duggins, Angela Smith (Steve) and Dean Duggins; her grandsons, Ethan Duggins and Garrett Duggins (Bethaney); her great grandchild William Otto Duggins; and her siblings, Jimmy Bentley (Mary), Jack David Bentley, Betty Mullins (Bill) and Missy Morris (Greg). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
