Micheal Joe Pollard Obituary

Micheal Joe Pollard, 42, of Monette, Arkansas passed away on June 2, 2025 at St. Bernard's Medical Center, Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on February 17, 1983 in Memphis, Tennessee to Mechelle Pollard. He was a member of the Monette First Baptist Church. He loved watching the kids ball games, playing music and jamming with his children, and spending time with his family. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and goats, and he never met a stranger. He loved sitting in the chair with his dog Pejinx.

Survivors include; his wife: Sara Pollard of the home; one son: Brayden Pollard of the home; one daughter: Olivia Pollard of the home; his parents: Barry and Mechelle Weyer of Jonesboro, Arkansas; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Richard and Linda Swain of Ruby, Louisianna; brother-in-law: Ben Swain of Indianna; step-grandmother: Deloris Weyer; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by; one brother: Barry Weyer, Jr.; grandparents: Floyd and Faye Pollard; and step-grandfather: Don Weyer.

Pallbearers: Jason Swain, Curt Fuquay, Teddy Pollard, Joey Pollard, Ernest Pollard, and Barry Weyer. Honorary pallbearers: Riverside Class of 2001 and Joey Bombara.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at BIC Highschool with Bro. Richard Swain and Bro. Jared Russell officiating. Burial will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at (time to be determined) at Pine Grove Cemetery, Ruby, Louisianna under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, 2701 Military Highway, Pineville, Louisianna, 71360. The family will receive visitors at Faith Funeral Service on Wednesday, June 5, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
