He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ebert and Junie Baker Keiter; his wife Barbara Fay Keiter; his son Richard Owen Ivan Keiter; and his grandchildren, Kevin Hunter Keiter and Sylvia Marie Keiter.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Keiter (Amy) of Monette and Gary Keiter of Monette; his grandchildren, Phillip Keiter (Amanda) of Seattle, WA and Lauren Keiter; and his great grandchildren, Cohen Markum and Maddux Keiter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Refuge Baptist Church (5002 AR-18, Lake City, AR 72437). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
