He is survived by: his children, Ronney Shirley Jr. of Monette, Steven Shirley (April) of Manila, Theresa Jones of Lake City and Vicki Lawson of Monette2; his siblings, Bobby Shirley, Earnest Shirley2, Tammy Oliver and Debbie Morris7; and his grandchildren, Davan Shirley, Leon Shirley, Asuna Shirley, Alexis Shepard, Dalton Shepard, Sadie Lawson and Hunter Martin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel (557 AR-77, Manila, AR 72442). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
