We are sad to announce that, on October 6, 2023, at the age of 89, Alba Jean Bowen of Monticello, Arkansas, born in Tuckerman, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Smith and Cordia Smith; her husband Cecil Bowen; and her siblings, Ernest Smith, Arthur Smith, Lucille Smith, Dorothy Huskey, Frances Boeing and Ann Brown.

She is survived by: her children, David Bowen, Ronnie Bowen, Patty Withers and Susie Strickland; and her grandchildren, Jessica Foley, Amy Lewing and Tyler Bowen.
