He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert White Groce and Edna Lee McKinstry Groce. He is survived by: his wife Karen Groce; his daughter Beth Groce; his brother Dennis Groce of Goldsboro, NC; his sister-in-law Lyn Pelt (Jim) of Collierville, TN; and his niece Sherry Hambright (Wes) of Jacksonville, NC. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rock Springs Community Church (819 Rock Springs Rd, Wilmar, AR 71675). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Rock Springs Community Church/Rock Springs Cemetery Association (835 Rock Springs Rd. Wilmar, AR 71675) or the Mississippi State University Dr. A. Wayne Groce Scholarship Fund (Fund 500891; 240 Wise Center Drive Mississippi State, MS 39762).
