She is survived by: her husband Victor Chapman of Monticello; her children, David Simmons (Karen) of Warren, AR, Mark Simmons (Angie) of Warren, AR and Gail Pennington (Mickey) of Lake Village, AR.; her stepchildren, Mark Chapman (Patsy) of Hermitage, AR, Vicki Erwin (Terry) of Monticello, AR and Heather Perry (Chris) of Rye, AR.; her brother Wendol Swinney of Rye, AR; her stepbrother Melton Swinney of Dallas, TX.; and her grandchildren, Kacy Gill of Hamburg, AR, Kellie Roberson, Lani Gavin (Justin) of Pansy, AR, Derek Simmons of Warren, AR, Toxey Simmons of Warren, AR, Callie Harris (Josh) of Warren, AR and Joey Simmons of Warren, AR. She is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
