He is survived by: his son Michael Wayne Ragan (Norma) of Rohwer; his sister Betty Badgely of Lake Village; his grandchildren, Leah Muruffo, Casey Ragan and Daniel Ragan; his great grandchildren, Lacey Layne Hodge, Madison Nolen and Henry Murdoc; and his pet Sophie Grace Ragan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
