He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Jones and Nora Tucker Jones; his stepmother Ollie Jones; his wife Virginia M. Jones; and his brother Tom Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Jones of Monticello, Billy Jones of Monticello, Larry Jones of Monticello and Deborah West of Wilmar; his brother Jimmy Jones of Newport; and his grandchildren, Tim West, Megan Jones, Tabatha Shoaf, Leslie Forrest, Matthew West, Charles Jones, Virginia Clause and Tyler Jones. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
Graveside service following Covid-19 guidelines will be 1:00 p. m. Saturday, December 5, 2020, in Pleasant Springs Cemetery with Rev. Ray Hearron officiating.
