He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Maddox and Ethel Osborne Maddox; his stepmother Ruby Browning; his brothers, Henry and Isaac Craine; and his sister-in-law Carol Maddox.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ward Maddox; his children, Frankland Maddox Jr. (Jessie), Dwayne Maddox and Stephanie Gustafson (Matthew); his siblings, Richard Maddox, Claude Maddox (Diane), Paul Maddox, Virginia Pevey, Ruby Lee Binham, Edna Turosky, Jo Ann Jones and Barbara McGrath; and his grandchildren, Sarah Gustafson, Dylan Gustafson, Austin Gustafson, Gage Maddox and Jackson Maddox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
