He is survived by: his wife Linda Harden Outlaw of Monticello; his children, Greg Outlaw (Amanda) of Bryant and Amy Sanders (Kent) of Alexander; his grandchildren, Grayson Outlaw, Blake Outlaw, Ava Sanders and Jack Sanders; and his sister Martha Jo Lancaster of Crossett. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Pauline Baptist Church or the UAMS Myeloma Institute.
