He is survived by: his wife Janice Shrum of Monticello; his children, Gabe Shrum (Shauna) of Rogers and Heather Carter (Nick) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Dylan Carter, Reagan Shrum and Gillian Shrum; and his sister Marianna Johnson of Conway.
