He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Scroggins and Mary Brown Scroggins; and his brother Guy Scroggins. He is survived by: his children, Janet Gavin of Conway and John Scroggins, Jr. of California; and his grandchildren, Brandy Martin, Heather Gavin, Chad Leslie and Heather Langwell.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home (943 US-425, Monticello, AR 71657).
