Miller (Thelma) of Lacey, AR, Tommy L. Miller of Lacey, AR, Ephran Franklin (Kimberly) of Monticello, AR and Emma Miller of Lacey, AR; her close friends, Louise Withers and Yvette Lewis; and her sister-in-law Kimberly Franklin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, foster children, family and friends.
