She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Wagner; her parents, Hershel Davis and Georgia Milligan Davis; her son Michael Jack Wagner; and her grandson Paul Jack Wagner.

She is survived by: her grandson Michael H. Wagner (Andi) of Monticello; her great grandchildren, Katlyn Wagner, Paul Michael Wagner, Micah Wagner Carter, Presley Jean Wagner and Jack Thomas Wagner; and her caregivers, Ruthie Rochelle and Vanessa Binns.

The family also prefers any memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church in Manila.
