He is survived by : his nephew Billy Cliff Mitchell; his son Chris Withers (Bridget) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Presley, Perri, Peyton, Paislyn and Walker; his daughter Michele Blocker of Rogers; his grandsons, Kaleb, Colton and Conner; and his siblings, Sonny Withers (Margaret) of Monticello, Yates Withers (Pam) of Monticello, Randy Withers of Monticello, Kerry Withers (Karen) of Monticello, Mark Withers of Monticello and Marion Rhodes of Gurdon.
