Chapman; her children, Joseph Chapman (Michelle) and Christy Johnson (Tommy) of Monticello; her siblings, John Fore (Rhonda) of Lebanon, MO, Penny Heyman of Lebanon, MO and Betty Evans (Don) of White Hall; her grandchildren, Zane Chapman (Allison), Shelby Chapman, Conner Chapman, Sydney Pharr (Clayton) and Gracie Wilkerson (Hunter); and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Chapman, Harley Jane Pharr and Carson Lee Pharr. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
