It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noah James Trantham (Monticello, Arkansas), who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Wade Trantham and Myrtle Crews Trantham of Monticello, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dye Trantham of Monticello; his daughter Lisa Sheppard (Adam Ferguson); his grandsons, Zac and Sam Sheppard of Malvern; his stepgranddaughter Swayzee Ferguson of Colfax; his children, Valerie Quinn of Mt Ida, Arkansas, Vencent Trantham of Umpire and Noah Trantham of Cherry Hill; his siblings, Bettie Dial, Charles Wade and Steve Kelly (Judy); his nieces, Rebecca Newton (Shane) of Monticello, AR, Angela Snuffer (Darrell) of Monticello, AR and Carmen Bonner (Wade) of Alexander, AR; and his nephew Mark Denham of Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in James’ memory may be made to Arkansas Hospice or Baptist Health Medical Center Drew County, who took excellent care of him during his last days with us.
