It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olean Girtman (Monticello, Arkansas), who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Labue Ridgell and Ruth Ridgell; and her siblings, Ann Keith and Johnny Ridgell. She is survived by: her husband Nathan Girtman Sr.; her children, Chuck Girtman, Latresha Girtman (Shawn Hicks) and Nathan Girtman I (Cheryl Conelly); her siblings, Emma Green (Carl), Margaret Barnes (LC), Bessie Dunlap (JP), Alvin Ridgell (Linda) and JD Ridgell (Abigail); her grandchildren, Nadriona Russell (Tevin), Michael Girtman, Na'Shantia Girtman, Nortavian Girtman and Nevaeh Girtman; and her great grandchild Nilah Russell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relations and friends.
