He is survived by: his children, Jackie Cater (Lisa), Mark Cater (Meranda), Brian Cater (Keri) and Paula Myres (Phillip); his stepchildren, Mike Boyd and Kathy Boyd; his stepdaughter-in-law Teresa Boyd; and his sons, Rodney Cash and Bud Todd. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
