She was predeceased by: her parent Methel Chancellor Bell; and her husband Garland Luther. She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Bingham (Lindsey) of Illinois; her granddaughter Bailey Keyser (Kolby); and her great grandchildren, Kya and Kyson Keyser.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home (943 US-425, Monticello, AR 71655). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
