He was predeceased by : his parent L. B. Barnett; and his siblings, Jerry Lee Barnett and Altha Barnett Smith and brother-in-law Michael Marter. He is survived by : his mother Myrtle Hice Barnett of Monticello; his son Christopher Thompson of Monticello; and his siblings, Daron Barnett, Roger Barnett of Monticello, Rose Richardson (John) of Wilmar, JoAnn Marter of Monticello, and Misty Wood (Todd) of Hermitage. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
