He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harvey and Dorothy May Haire Harvey; his son Stephen Harvey; and his sister Mary Mixon. He is survived by: his children, Amy Harvey of Monticello and Raymond H. Harvey, Jr. of Little Rock; his siblings, Sue Hutton of Dermott, Georgia Harvey of Kelso, Anderea Plunkett (Ronnie) of Booneville and Andy May of Memphis, TN; his close friends, Bobby Burris and Pokey Anderson; and his grandsons, Lucas Forrest, Nathan Forrest and Andy Abney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
