He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Beck Binns of Rock Springs; his children, Joey Binns (Amy) of New Edinburg and Shelley Mitchell (Tim) of Warren; his stepchildren, Angela Smith (David) of Woodlawn and Todd Morrison (Christine Franklin) of Sulphur Springs; his grandchildren, Ta Stanfield (Laura), Joey Hanson Binns, Jr., Abbie Ferrell (Logan), Joey Binns, Jr., Sarah Richards (Wesley) and Brooke Moring (Devlyn); his great grandchildren, Lane, Brook Stanfield, Hayden Binns, Kinsley, Parker Ferrell, Lily Moring, Brooke, Dax and Rilie Richards; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Butler (Dustin), Hunter Smith (Jessica), Storm Smith (Abbie) and Jordan Davis (Michael); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Traver, Allysa, Kaylie Butler, Orion, Shiloh Smith, Camden and Jasper Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Enon Cemetery.
