He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Forrest and Martha Frances Bodiford Forrest; and his siblings, Larry Forrest, Jerry Lewis Forrst, Walter Forrest, Kenneth Forrest, Travis Forrest and Katy "Edith" Forrest Land.
He is survived by: his son Bobby Lee Forrest; his grandchildren, Jaci Bartlett, Adrian Forrest, Madden Valentine and Lexie Valentine; his great grandchildren, Raiden Bartlett, Harley Bartlett and Piper Bartlett; and his sisters, Mary Hayes and Martha "Sis" Donaldson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
