He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Andrew and Lula Caldwell (Scott); his brother Maurice; and his granddaughter Taylor Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his children, Cynthia Caldwell Whipple (Bill) of Benton, Lisa Caldwell Wise (Brad) of Oswego, Amelia Caldwell (Mike Plunkett) of Portland and Jason Lamar Caldwell (Karen) of Jeanerette, Louisiana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
