She was predeceased by: her parents, Gillum Daniel McCurry and Mildred Mae Kendall McCurry; her siblings, Robert, Charles McCurry and Roxie McCurry Tigert; and her significant other David Wayne Horn, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, David Horn, Jr. of Hot Springs and Teresa Horn Fowler of Cominto; her siblings, Hazel LeClaire of Fort Pierce, FL and Darrell McCurry (Liz) of Thibodaux, LA; and her grandchildren, Morgan Horn Cheramie (Aaron), Lauren Horn Gifford (Nick), Kyle Fowler (Christine), Heather Fowler Henley (Josh) and Ryan Fowler (Cheyenne). She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
