He is survived by: his father Emmett Calvin Halley, Jr.; his stepmother Cendye Halley of Hot Springs; his mother Shirley Gail Gregory of Monticello; his daughter Zoey Aurora Madison Halley of Illinois; his brother Ricky Dale Halley of Monticello; his half-sister Cynthia Marie Halley of Monticello; his sister-in-law Kathy Halley; his former spouse Bellamy Halley; and his cousins, Jonathan Halley, Chris Halley and Brittany Schwartz. He is also survived by two nieces; one nephew.
