She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Roberts and Collen Murphy Brown; her husband Alton "Buddy" Middlebrook; her son Wayvon Burns; and her siblings, Bennie White, Lewis Roberts, Billy Roberts and Ebert Aycock.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Devin Burns, Tracy Burns (Stacy), Timmy Burns and Andy Burns (Farrah); her great grandchildren, Tyler Burns, Nick Burns, Parker Burns, Skylar Burns, Austin Burns, Paige Rainey (Spencer), Sidney Burns and Michael Knight (Christina); her sister Helen Adams of Amarillo, Texas; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Burns. She is also survived by eight great-great-grandchildren.
