He is survived by: his wife Carole Bulloch; his daughters, Elizabeth Carole Burnett (Scott) and Sarah Christina Bulloch; his granddaughters, Clara Joyce Bulloch, Montre Elizabeth Burnett and Grace Louise Burnett; his niece Ann Joyce Mosley Neeley; and his nephew James (Woodson Mosley, Jr.).
