She is survived by: her mother Ella Smith; her husband Charles Ashcraft of Monticello; and her children, Jim Baker (Edna), Chester Harper (Sheree), Vernon Harper (Shirley), David Harper (Mary), Jerrell Harper (Alberta) of Sheridan, Brenda Newton (Gary), Betty Perez and Patsy Varner. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
