She is survived by: her husband Derrick Polite of Lake Village, AR; her mother Abbie Dean Clark of Dermott, AR; her children, Dexter Porter of Seattle, WA, Danielle Johnson (Michael Whitley, Jr.) of McGhee, AR and Contessa Collins (Taiwan); and her siblings, Joshua Clark of Dermott, AR, Abraham Clark of Hamburg, AR, Ray Curtis (Cassie) of McGhee, AR, Susie Stanley of Bastrop, LA and Ella Simpson (Donald) of Houston, TX. She is also survived by five grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
