He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Kelly and Enid Merrill Kelly; and his former life partner Shirley Ann Kelly. He is survived by : his wife Bobbie Ruth Oakley Kelly; his children, Jennifer Malin (Charles), Marti Ramos and David Kelly; and his stepsons, Chris Oakley (Penny) and Lance Oakley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
