He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Barbara Ann and Elroy Jr.; his wife Archie Mae; his daughters, Glenda McFadden and Peggy Moore; his grandson Elroy Moore, Jr.; his parents, Landon Moore and Clara Erby Moore; his stepmother Birdie Mae Moore; his siblings, Clara Lee Newton, Willie Moore, Rosetta Davenport, Odessa Oates, Otis Moore and Josephine Anderson; his grandchild Letta Lewis; his great grandchildren, Rapheal Lee, Alphonse Moore and Nastassja Moore; his children, Almus Faye Walker, Gary Moore (Stephanie), Gladys Dooley (Marvin), Tyrone Moore, Marcia Lewis, Marcus Moore and Cedric Moore; and his grandchildren, Lisa (Cecil), Eddie, Shana, Shawanna, Jacques, William (Tracy), Nenocshka, Stanton, Euorea, Yvette (Emmanuel), Marlon, Tyrone, Carlos (Rochelle), Aisha, Vondorus (Hilare), Dale, Tyson, Barbara, Gabrielle (Tony) and Royston, III. He was also cherished by 45 great-grandchildren; 30 great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
