Though Herman may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Stobaugh and Inez Stobaugh; and his siblings, Kenneth Stobaugh and Darlene May Tomassi. He is survived by: his sons, Chris and Joshua Stobaugh; and his siblings, Judy Bell (James), Karon Stobaugh (Mike) and David Stobaugh (Deborah). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, many nephews and nieces.
