He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Wayne Childress Sr. and Patricia Bartlett Childress of Morrilton; his daughter Shelby Childress of Hot Springs; his sister Trisha Childress Hill (Jason); his granddaughter Kaelyn Grace Childress of Morrilton; and his sibling's children, Haley Thomas, Brayden Hill and Zachary Hill.
