It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kasey Payne (Morrilton, Arkansas), who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruth Helen Pearline Payne and Thomas C. Toney, Sr.; and his brother Bobby Payne, Sr. (Donnie Payne, Sr.). He is survived by : his daughter Makaila Dawn Payne; his granddaughter Zenoviah Nancy Pearl Laflora of Conway, Arkansas; his siblings, Russell Toney Jr. of Parsons, Tennessee and Diana Coates (Austin) of Conway, Arkansas; and his close friend Sharlene Rhoads. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
