He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ward and Ruth Ward (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Leah Dell Ward; his children, Raymond Ward (Darlene) of Trophy Club, Texas and Becky Rickenbach (Gary) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Rachel May (Morgan) of Fayetteville and Reed Rickenbach (Haley) of Collierville, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Miller May, Roman and Lily Rickenbach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Harris Funeral Home - Morrilton (1325 N Oak St, Morrilton, AR 72110). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (1830 AR-113, Morrilton, AR 72110).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Downtown Church of Christ in Morrilton, Arkansas.
