He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Hartman and Rosemary Bellinghausen Hartman; his son Anthony Howard; and his siblings, Anthony Hartman, Susan Morton and Linda Marie Hartman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jones Hartman of Morrilton; his children, Nicholas Hartman of Plumerville, Leigh Wilson (Kevin) of Hattieville and Belinda Monroe (John) of Morrilton; and his sister Jeanie Hartman of Morrilton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel (1325 N Oak St, Morrilton, AR 72110). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
