He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Vance; his children, Robert "Britt" Vance (Meaghean) of Jenks, Oklahoma and Tracey Trafford (Win) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Maggie Clements (Zac) of Stuttgart, Shannon Vance of Chula Vista, Taylor Vance of New York and Jackson Lilley of Issaquah, Washington; and his great grandchildren, Cooper and Whittaker Clements.
