He is survived by: his daughters, Shawna Baker (Buddy) of Ola, Brandi Adams of Ola and Veronica Adams of Ola; his grandchildren, Lane Moore (Jacklynn) of Russellville, Makayla Moore of Dardanelle, Payton Moore of Dardanelle, Dash McCullar of Dyess and Addyson McCullar of Dyess, Arkansas; and his great grandchildren, Alayna, Dominic, Kayn, Cruz and Lana. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
