He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Starr; his children, Michael Starr (Glenda), Wendy Meaders and Shauna Starr; his grandchildren, Chad Jennings, Duncan Starr (Taylor), Madison Berke (Daniel), Brailee Whorton (Zach) and Macy Meaders; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Ian Starr and Vera Whorton; his sister Susan Starr Biggs (Billy); his nephew Adam Biggs; his niece Melanie Biggs; and his great-niece Lucy. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
