She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Godbehere and Lucille Parrish Godbehere; and her husband Van Forga. She is survived by : her children, Vanessa Helmich (Bryan) of Wylie and Shane Forga (Sandie) of Mount Ida, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Victoria Helmich, Nicholas Helmich, Elizabeth Helmich, Katie Ochello (Taylor) and Luke Forga; and her great grandchild Opal Marie Ochello.
