With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane Lee Whisenhunt of Mount Ida, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2026 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Argus O'Neal and Sybil O'Neal (Doyle); her husband Gip Whisenhunt; her granddaughter Christina Whisenhunt; her brother-in-law David Short; and her aunt Christine Whittington.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Whisenhunt (Donna), Mark Whisenhunt and Tamara McKee; her grandchildren, Allison Englert (Stephen), Michael McKee (Erin), Grant McKee and Patricia Southall (Turner); her great grandchildren, Matthew McKee, Rory McKee, Emmett Englert, Eleanor Diane Englert and Piper Southall; and her siblings, Doyle O'Neal (Janice) and Pamela Short. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
