We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 86, Donald Joe Smith (Mount Ida, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ozelle Smith and Lena Irby (Lenderman); and his half-brother Gary Smith. He is survived by : his wife Lois Lybrand Smith; his son Gregory Smith; his half-brother Bo Irby; his children, James Smith (Beverly) of Mount Ida and Donna Majors (Perry) of Danville, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Dr. Lawson Smith (Emily), Allison Smith and Jessica Majors; and his great grandchildren, Sam and Evie Smith.
