He was predeceased by : his father Robert G Kalisek. He is survived by : his mother Cheryl Kalisek; his son Nicolas Kalisek; his sister Sabrina Hearn (Ron); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah Bryant, Kendra Barrett (Dakota), Julie Collum (Taylor), Hadleigh Barrett, Taytum Collum and Hestyn Barrett. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and other family and friends.
