James Loyal leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James Loyal’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew James Loyal will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Marvin Scott and Leona Cowart Scott. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Tracy Lammons; his granddaughters, Katie Dunford (Justin), Janet Sandoval (Austin) and Kaylee Hester; his great grandchildren, Aly, Aerith Dunford and William Kimpton Jr.; his sister Marie Anderson; his niece Teresa Rose; and his nephew Joe Scott Anderson.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Church of Hot Springs (307 Carpenter Dam Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71901).
